Frosted Pineapple Cookies Recipe (Cookie Week!)

This may be one of my more weirdo videos.  ENJOOOOOOYYYYYY!!!!!

Improved Pineapple Cookie Recipe
1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 cup)
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
dash salt
About 1 cup of bashed and squeezed pineapple chunks (reserve juice)

glaze
3-4 TBSP reserved pineapple juices
1-2 cups powder sugar
mix well to a drizzling consistency, tint with yellow color if desired

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla.  Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.  Add pineapple and mix through.  Drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 325 for 18-20 minutes.  drizzle glaze once cooled.
