Some rains outside and garam-garam crispy Dosa inside.. just chutney is enough, didn’t need to add sambhar too. Here’s what you need to do -
Ingredients :
1 cup fine Semolina (Suji / Rava)
3 tbs Rice Flour (Chawal ka atta)
2 tbs Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta - optional)
Salt as per taste
3.5 cup + more Water
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Finely chopped Coriander Leaves
Oil
Finely chopped Onion
Method :
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup fine Suji
Add 3 tbs Rice Flour
Add 2 tbs Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta)
Add Salt as per taste
Add 3.5 cup Water
Mix it well and rest the batter for 10 min
Check its consistency and add a little more Water if the batter is thick
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add finely chopped Green Chillies
Add finely chopped Coriander Leaves
Heat the pan, add Oil and wipe with a tissue
Sprinkle some finely chopped Onion on the pan
Stir the batter and pour a ladle full of batter around
Drizzle some Oil over it
Cook on medium heat for 7-8 min until it's nice golden and crisp
Take the dosa on a serving plate
Enjoy Onion Rava Dosa with Tangy Tomato Chutney
