Kummi dance- Navratri special

Kummi is one of the most famous folk dances of tamil nadu..Kummi came into being when there was no music in the picture and women used to clap their hands and use that as their music for dancing. Clapping in sync with coordinated movements marks the USP of kummi and this shows the togetherness of these women. The spirit of kummi is in this oneness!!
