Bodycam DUI Arrest - Lover's Quarrel Leads to DUI Arrest

On November 10, 2023, an Athens County Sheriff's Deputy observed a woman almost get run over by a reckless driver.  When he stopped to investigate, he determined that it was a fight among two women, one of whom was possibly intoxicated.   He called for officers from the Athens Police Department to assist.   The reckless driver soon drove down the street again and parked in a lot near her apartment.   Officer Braglin made contact with the women, who refused to participate in standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs).   She was immediately arrested for DUI.   At the police station, she submitted to an evidential breath test (EBT) and the result was 0.178% BAC.   Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
