It's strawberry season (finally!). Our recipe today is a Swiss roll cake that uses our favorite strawberries. With a little trick, you'll be able to make a Swiss roll cake that no matter where you slice it, you'll find a strawberry. It's a perfect recipe for using the rest of your leftover egg whites. The fluffy cake matches perfectly with the milky cream. Please try it out for yourself.

*Recipe*(27×27cm) 1.Sift 40g cake flour. 2.Put 40cc (40g) milk into 30cc (33g) vegetable oil and mix. 3.Put the sifted flour (1) into (2) and mix. 4.Put 20g sifted skim milk into (3) and mix. 5.Beat about 4 egg whites (120g) . Put in 45g of sugar in 2 steps to make hard meringue. 6.Trisect (5) and put it in (4).Mix well the first time and mix softly the second and third portions. 7.Pour (6) on the top plate covered with the oven sheet oiled lightly with vegetable oil. 8.Bake for 12 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 ℃. 9.Cover with an oven sheet once baked, turn over, let it cool as it is. 10.Prepare the strawberries. Hollow out the tops of the strawberries as shown in the video. 11.Prepare the cream. Put 15g sugar , 11cc (15g) sweetened condensed milk in 136cc (140g) fresh cream , and whip. 12.Turn over (9) once again to make the browned surface up . 13.Spread the cream(11) to the cake so that the front become thick. Don't spread the cream to the end (give it about 3 or 4cm). 14.Place the strawberries on the cream. 15.Roll. 16.Wrap in an oven sheet , and fold the ends, then cool in the refrigerator. 17.Cut into the size of your choice. 18.Now serve!
