Long overdue| Mental Health and Spiritual Warfare

This is my story on my experience with anxiety and depression and how I overcame it. It wasn't easy but it was worth the fight. I meant to film and post this video a few years ago after I made it out of the darkest season I had ever experienced. But I ignored a request from God and let me tell you...don't do that. LOL. There is still a subtle and soft nudge even after all these years to film this. So, here it is. Can we just talk about all the prayer warriors I have in my life and incredible friends and family. I'm truly blessed.

Also, there is nothing wrong with being on medication. NOTHING.It has helped so many people. It was simply a personal decision of mine not to be on any medication.
