Creamy Uni Udon

Hello Fellow Viewer!

I hope you enjoyed the video! This is my very first upload. i'll be posting videos weekly how-to food/dessert recipes inspired by trends or  restaurants. So stay tuned!

Recipe (serves 2-3)
- 1 tray of Uni/Sea Urchin (can be found at your local japanese or korean market)
- Half of a medium sized scallion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of white wine ( I used some leftover Riesling)
- 1 Tbls of Masago Fish Roe ( plus extra for garnish)
- 3 tbls of Kewpie Mayo (japanese mayo), regular mayo will work as well
- Nori strips for garnish
