Ingredients...
Eggs 5
Sugar 170 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Beat until thick n fluffy
Maida 250 gm
Corn flour/ corn starch 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Add in 3 batches
Fold gently
Oil +water 1/2 cup
Mix again
Baking
Preheat 10 min and bake for 50 min on low heat
For frosting
Whipping cream 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Whisk until stiff peaks form
Now frost the cake as you want
