2 onions (sliced) 3 cloves garlic

2 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 cups yogurt 1 tsp fenugreek leaves (dried)
2 tsp tomato puree

2tsp mustard seeds
1 inch cinnamon bark
4 green cardamon pods
