We made a delicious chicken roll (commonly known in Argentina as chicken matambre).
You need few ingredients and it makes many servings.
You can eat it in a sandwich or on the plate with some garnish.
This recipe is a classic at Christmas and New Years, almost the star.
- Ingredients:
1 kilogram of chicken breasts.
Parsley to taste.
3 garlic cloves.
2 eggs
1 carrot
Half a red pepper.
50 grams of grated cheese.
1 teaspoon salt.
Half a teaspoon of ground chili.
Pepper to taste
4 dehydrated tomatoes.
Hard-boiled eggs, quantity required.
