500g of ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
2 chopped seedless tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Filled green to taste
20 mint leaves, chopped or to taste
1 teaspoon chili pepper or to taste
1 tablespoon salt or to taste
Kibbeh Filling:
200g cream cheese
200g grated mozzarella cheese
Finishing:
Approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Pan/baking tray dimensions: 30 × 22 × 6.5cm
