The Sony A5100 DSLR Camera is a wonderful little camera capable of giving you a high quality stream cam. But, straight out the box, the settings aren't great. Hopefully this video helps you achieve what you're looking for! These settings should also work on any of these other camera models by Sony: a6000 a6100 a6400 a6500 a6600 a7sII a7III a7RIII.
