Today's show sees Gino travel to the Chancery Restaurant in London sited near the original Fleet Market, where three new home cooks are ready to do battle, SCOTT MALYON, LAUREN PECORINO and ANNA SIOW. On today's show a classic meatball dish that has travelled from Naples, to New York and now to London, and spans three generations. An exotic fish dish, first cooked over 200 years ago in a tiny Vietnamese fishing Village near Ho Chi Min City, that today has a modern twist. And a Celtic shepherds pie that originated in County Cork, Ireland, and has had an extra ingredient added with each generation.
