Kadaif* ,which is shredded phyllo, is generally used in desserts but today we introduce it to you in a salty dish. The mixture has chicken, potatoes, a lot of greens, and spices in it. So, you can say that this mixture includes the favourite tastes of people all together in one place. It is dipped in kadaif and fried until golden brown. The result? A crispy chicken recipe that is coated in kadaif, soft in the inside, and crispy on the outside!

Ingredients

To Cook the Chicken:
4 chicken breasts (in big chunks)
2 tablespoons of oil
2 green peppers (chopped finely)
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2.5 gr salt

For the Mixture:
2 potatoes (peeled and boiled)
1 carrot (large, grated)
2 green peppers (chopped finely)
5 spring onions (minced finely)
a handful of parsley (minced)
zest of 1/2 lemon
7.5 gr of salt
5 gr pepper
5 gr cumin

To Coat It:
2 eggs (heated)
2.5 glasses kadaif (not roasted) (500 gr)
1 glass flour (200 gr)

Now These:
1- In all of our recipes 1 glass equals to 200 ml.
2- The oven is set to UPPER/LOWER WITH FAN unless said otherwise verbally.
