It's This Old Outboard. The Evinrude 55 Hp Reed Valves Inspection. Compression Test. Put some gasket sealer on the intake gasket.
Installed the Original Carb and Swapped some parts. Still having high rev at idle. She's trying to tell something but I ain't listening very well.
