Heavily influenced by James Brown, The Ohio Players, Earth Wind & Fire, and Kool & The Gang, this band performs original songs and classic R&B hits. From their humble beginnings at Birdland West in Long Beach to their sold-out, standing-room-only performances at Luna Park in Beverly Hills, and The Gig in Santa Monica, and LA's Hottest Clubs, The Polyester Players have developed a diverse audience of loyal fans who appreciate solid musicianship and a dazzling stage presence with a comedic twist.
