Here are the exercises to help you burn leg fat that make up this complete workout for how to lose thigh fat.  You’ll do these thigh exercises for 30 to 45 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.  If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this thigh workout.  If you are more advanced you can try to do 3-4 rounds of this workout to lose thigh fat.

3) Scissor Leg Planks
