Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter (60g for soup, 20g for croutons) - 80 g
Thyme (or fresh sprig) - 2 pinches.
Water (more, if necessary.) - 350 ml
Sour cream (as much as possible, to taste.) - 100 g
Croutons (small size) - 30 pcs
Parsley (for decoration) - 1 sprig.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
