My full DP/DR recovery story. Be motivated and don't lose hope!!!!
Here is my story of Depersonalization/Derealization/Anxiety. I had it for 3,5 years in total and came out without having a trace of it. Same like you i could not believe that one day this terrible brain fog, never ending fear, detachment feeling, stranger in the mirror feeling, full numbness and all these torturing intrusive thoughts will ever leave me. Now i know how to deal with it step by step and can provide you with the full guidance through this condition to the such a desirable destination called NORMAL LIFE!
