In this video Dr Mudita Sharma who secured 381 Rank in UPSC 2022 is talking about the two most important and neglected areas of UPSC CSE. How to prepare for upsc Interview and the Essay exam in UPSC mains. UPSC Aspirants often think that a upsc strategy in which you just read everthing and try to memorise the topics is the best but she explained that USPC is much more than just bookish knowledge and you have to understand the topics from the very basic.
Also in the UPSC Interview you should have knowledge but along with the knowledge you have to be clear why do you want to clear the UPSC. It is the test of your personality so before appearing for the Interview you should work on the spoken part of your personality.
For the essay part of upsc mains, you should think wide, use your creativity and use the best possible way to connect a topic with UPSC.
Rote learning is not the solution that will help you in upsc interview and essay.
