How To Make Dandelion Jelly

This recipe made 6 1/2 pints, or 12 1/4 pints which is what i made.
Recipe:
2 cups Dandelions (i used 4)
4 cups of boiling water
4 cups of sugar
1-2 Tb of lemon juice
1 box of pectin
(I steeped enough water and petals to make 8 cups so that i could do another batch the next day. So i used 4 cups of dandelions and 8 cups water)
This is also known as 'poor mans honey'.
NOTE: I have learned from the past not to make a 'double' batch at one time. It never works out for me. So use your own discretion on that one.
