This yoga class is designed
This yoga class is designed to help you greet the day with energy, enthusiasm and openness. The class is short enough that you could squeeze in this practice before you head to work or out for another activity. Of course, you will greet the day with Sun Salutations, and energizing standing postures. There is even an opportunity during this class to get upside down in a handstand! A short yoga series of core strengthening poses and stretches round out this fun class. Let us know what you think in the comments!
