This video covers two separate workouts in the new summer track series. On May 24, I planned to run 3 x 2 mile repeats, and on May 31, I planned to run 6 sets of 600 + 300 repeats. Spoiler alert: the 1st workout didn't go well, and I bounced back with the 2nd workout. Let's go, guys!

I'm continuing my UTMB 2025 journey with the Verbier Marathon by UTMB on July 6 in Switzerland. The summer track series should prepare me for a sub 24-hour attempt at the Yeti 100-mile endurance run on September 27. In 2021, I finished in 28:15 hours.
