[I made two flavors with tofu (500g) ]
● Ingredients
[ Original Flavor ]
- Tofu (250g)
- 3 Tbsp yogurt (plain/unsweetened)
- 4 Tbsp syrups such as oligosaccharides
* I used 0 calorie allulose syrup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)
+
1 tsp cocoa powder
[ Coffee sheet ]
- 1 cup ( 70g )oatmeal
- 2 Tbsp coffee
- 2 Tbsp sweetener
* I used 0 calorie allulose syrup
- 3 Tbsp hot water
[ Black Sesame Flavor ]
- Tofu (250g)
- 3 Tbsp yogurt (plain/unsweetened)
- 4 Tbsp syrups such as oligosaccharides
* I used allulose syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

1 Tbsp black sesame powder
*Even if it is made to avoid the smell of tofu as much as possible, there is a subtle tofu scent. It is not recommended if you don't like tofu or are very sensitive to tofu.
* You can eat it right after making it, but if you eat it chilled after 3-4 hours after refrigeration, the tofu flavor will disappear and the coffee oat is moist. It's even more delicious.
It is recommended to eat it cold!
* It tastes better if you eat it tomorrow than the day it was made
(It was delicious even after 2 days)
