Easy Sugar Free Dessert!!  Maybe you will be pretty more


Hi guys!!
This is the first time I prepared 3 recipes at once.
We hope that you enjoy it and that it will help you with your diet and healthy eating habits.

● Ingredients


●●Black bread that is addictive●●

■ 2 eggs (medium size/ 105g)

■ 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil (20g)
Can be substituted with butter

■ 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (20g)

■ 60g Lukewarm milk

■ 90g Quick Oatmeal Flour

■ 6 Tbsp sweetener instead of sugar (60g)
ㄴI used erythritol

■ 5 Tbsp cocoa powder (35g)
ㄴI used dark cocoa powder

■ 1 tsp Cinnamon powder (2g)

■ 1 tsp baking powder (2g)


(Add milk according to the dough consistency)


■ Some of your favorite nuts

■ 338F After 10 minutes of preheating,
(Bake for 7 minutes at 338F / Bake for 7 more minutes at 302F)
ㄴEvery oven has different specifications, so watch it so it doesn't burn.


Tip)
■ Interesting texture and taste !
■ If refrigerated,
It becomes firmer and tastes better (recommended to consume within 2 days)
■ When stored in the freezer, natural thawing tastes better (recommended to consume within 7 days)



●●Discover healthy brownies ●●

■ 250g Tofu

■ 60g Milk

■ 90g Quick Oatmeal Flour

■ 6 Tbsp sweetener instead of sugar (60g)
ㄴI used erythritol

■ 5 Tbsp cocoa powder (35g)
ㄴI used dark cocoa powder

■ 1 tsp Cinnamon powder (1g)

■ 2 Tbsp Chocolate chips (40g)


ㄴAdd milk according to the dough consistency
ㄴI added about 60g


■ 2 Tbsp hocolate chips (40g) (optional)

■ 338F After 10 minutes of preheating,
(Bake for 10 minutes at 338F / Bake for another 7-10 minutes at 302F)
ㄴEvery oven has different specifications, so watch it so it doesn't burn.


Tip)
■ Square Pan (16.5×16.5×4.5)
■ If you do not use chocolate chips, add 1 tbsp sweetener!
■ Cut it into small pieces and keep it in the freezer, and then eat it cold. (Recommended to consume within 7 days)
■ When refrigerated, it is soft. (recommended to consume within 2 days)



●● It will be as chewy as rice cake ●●

■ 425g Steamed pumpkin

■ 90g Quick Oatmeal Flour

■ 5 Tbsp Cocoa powder (35g)
ㄴ I used dark cocoa powder

■ 6 Tbsp Sweetener instead of sugar (60g)
ㄴ I used erythritol

■ 1/2 tsp salt (1g)


(Add milk according to the dough consistency / thick and sticky consistency)


■ 2 Tbsp Chocolate chips (optional)

■ 338F After 10 minutes of preheating,
(Bake for 10 minutes at 338F / Bake for another 7-10 minutes at 302F)
ㄴEvery oven has different specifications, so watch it so it doesn't burn.


Tip)
■ Wilton Bread Pan Medium Size (21.6×11.4×6.35)
■ If you do not use chocolate chips, add 1 tbsp sweetener!
■ Cut it into small pieces and keep it in the freezer, and then eat it cold. (Recommended to consume within 7 days)
■ When stored in the refrigerator, it is chewy like rice cake (recommended to consume within 2 days)
