NFTs are being sold for absolutely ridiculous money. The Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT for
example has a floor price of over $200,000. But what possible utility could an NFT project provide that could be so valuable that it demands a floor price of $200,000 – because there ARE people paying that kind of money for them.
NFTs are more than just a jpeg - they offer a number of different utilities such as access to certain clubs and events, voting rights, access to private communities and even the ability to breed two NFTs to make a brand new NFT, so we’re going to look at 10 types of utility that can come with the
ownership of an NFT.
