Hello! This is the best kapoon recipe ever! I'm going to show you how to make this hmong red curry noodle soup! I get a lot of compliments on this dish every time I make it and many of my family and friends requested a video on it. This curry soup is very heart warming and perfect for a rainy day.
FYI, there are many different versions and recipes out there, but this is just how I cook mine. I am giving credit to an aunt who actually taught me how to improve this soup.
Now I do want to mention that I always use chicken as primary, but in this video I used ground pork and pork feet as a substitute.
