Wheat beers are usually top-fermented
Wheat beers are usually top-fermented and are synonymous with Bavaria and its love for that beer, even though its origins are found in 16th century Bohemia. Another thing to be noted - it's takes a bit of practice to pour wheat beer in its uniquely shaped glass!
