- Start with a regression
   - Stabilize yourself with rear foot
   - Hinge at hips
   - Don’t round your back
       - Spine should be neutral and flat
   - Take slack out of the dumbbells and create tension
   - Lift up, then lower and repeat
   - Squeeze butt at top
- When you can balance yourself, lift rear foot off the ground.
