The single-leg rdl is one of my go-to exercises for training lower body strength and stability for powerlifters and any athlete.
Like any hip-hinge lift, the SLDL works the glutes and hamstrings with the added challenge of balance on one leg.
There are many progressions to the single-leg deadlift, which you’ll see in this video, that can be scaled to any skill level.
