There is no apostolic fruitfulness except through crucified love, None! All the human effort, the merely human effort, under the sun will not account for one single soul. Union with the Holy Trinity, that’s the only thing that results in apostolic fruitfulness. I can work my fingers to the bone and accomplish nothing, if it’s merely human labor.
