This incredibly easy and delicious Middle Eastern desert recipe is a famous one in the Arabic world!
It is halfway between a cake and a tart and is sweet, but not overly sweet! It has no eggs.
It also goes superb with a little whip cream on the side!
Ingredients:
1.5 cup semolina #2
1.5 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter (56g)
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
