Puma Liberate Nitro Review: A lightweight daily trainer for £90

Puma is having a pretty great year when it comes to running shoes, bursting back onto the road running scene with several great releases like the Velocity Nitro and Deviate Nitro. The Liberate Nitro is another impressive shoe in the new Puma range, and it’s both the cheapest at £90, and lightest at under 200g.

Despite being so lightweight, the Liberate is still a comfortable shoe and could be a great daily training option for many runners. In this review Run Tester Nick runs through the pros and cons of the Liberate Nitro and suggests what kind of runner it might work well for.
