Vellarikka manga chakkakuru pulinkari Ingredients 1. Yellow cucumber cubed – 3 to 4 cups 2. Jackfruit seed crushed – 1 ½ cup 3. Greenchilli - 3 to 4 4. Chilli powder – 2 tsp 5. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 6. Salt – to taste 7. raw mango cube - ½ cup Masala 8. Grated coconut - 1 -1 ½ cup 9. Cumin seed - ½ tsp 10. Shallots – 4 to 5 11. Curry leaves +chilli powder +turmeric powder - a big pinch Seasoning 12. Oil – 1 tsp 13. Mustard seeds 1 tsp 14. Red chilli – 3 to 4 15. Curry leaves – plenty 16. Fenugreek – ½ tsp Garnish 17. Fenugreek seeds powder - 2 pinch Preparation 1. Pressure cook items 1 to 6 with water 1 to 2 whistles. 2. Grind the masala ingredients nicely with a little water. 3. When cool add mangoes (item 7) ,boil well add ,the masala and required water , boil. 4. Season with the ingredients and garnish with the fenugreek seek powder set aside.
