County Legend Alun Armstrong joined County in the summer of 1994 from Newcastle United, alongside fellow Geordie Tony Dinning. He would go on to score crucial goals for The Hatters, notching up 62 before his record breaking £2.6 million move to Middlesbrough in early 1998.
