The body's autonomic nervous system
The body's autonomic nervous system is affected by our thoughts and how we engage with things. By adjusting the way we engage with the present moment and through using breath awareness, we can trigger the nervous systems 'Relaxation Response', which calms the body and the mind. This guided meditation calms the nervous system.
