In this video, we're making super soft and satisfyingly chewy mochi donuts! Shaped in that unique ring shape, these donuts really are as good as they look.
We're making the Pon de Ring mochi donut, and also kneading it by hand, so there's absolutely no need for a stand mixer if you want to try the recipe out. To give the dough that light but chewy texture, we're using a combination of tapioca flour and wheat flour. Watch the video for more!
