2 cloves of Garlic سیر
1/2 Capsicum مرچ دلمه سرخ
1 medium Tomato بادنجان رومی
4 tablespoons Oil روغن
1 tablespoon Tomato paste رب بادنجان رومی
1/2 teaspoon Curry powder پودر کاری
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder پودر زیره
1 teaspoon Salt نمک
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper مورچ سیاه
1 teaspoon Coriander powder پودر گشنیز
1 1/2 cups Water آب
