When spirituality shake hands with professional world, it definitely becomes a breathable space to be and takes up the business to new heights. Business world encounters many funny problems that can cause losses in diverse areas, be it offer ghosting, moonlighting, quiet quitting, coffee badging etc, to find solutions to all these is to be focused and treat the root cause, but generally people get emotionally invested mixing their professional and personal lives and end up ruining both. Here comes Spirituality to the rescue, which strengthens the intuition and imparts wisdom to see the situation through a different lens and provide a skilful solution. One of such event was Nirvana Hub HR Conference’ 2024, where intrigued professionals like myself were to talk, to discuss, to suggest and to launch products to remediate and address such issues in the light of spiritual ethos. The event was spectacular, and how! Another thing worthy of mentioning here is that it was an absolute honour and a privilege for me to host this insightful event Nirvana HUB HR on the 8th June, at the Art of living International Ashram in Bengaluru @bangaloreashram by @sumerudigital . Everyone had an opportunity to meet @gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji who addressed about 800 professionals inclusive of CXOs, CHROs, Directors, LinkedIn top voices , influencers, he enlightened us with his wisdomous words and precious time.
