CRIME BLOTTER: Teen charged with murder of 11-year-old brother

Skylor Atilano, 16, is charged with murder in the death of his half brother, Terry Dewayne Smith Jr., who was found in a shallow grave near the family's home. Skylor Atilano is scheduled for a hearing in juvenile court Monday to determine whether his case should be handled there or in adult court, according to a news release from the Riverside County district attorney's office.
