CRIME BLOTTER: Temecula man arrested in Miss Teen USA 'sextortion' case

A 19-year-old Temecula man accused in a "sextortion" plot involving a high-school classmate -- who is the current Miss Teen USA -- and other young women turned himself in to the FBI in Orange County on Thursday, Sept. 26, authorities said.
