Here is an Easy, tasty, Simple and quick Lebanese white rice with vermicelli noodles recipe for weight loss. How to cook perfect rice, this white rice recipe is not sticky a tall hence how to cook white rice not sticky #ClaudettesKitchen

Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1 cup Vermicelli
Wash the rice well
5 cups water
Put the vermicelli on the pan on low heat until golden color
Once the vermicelli turn to gold put the 5 cups of water, then put the rice
1.5 teaspoon salt
Stir then turn on high heat, when boils turn on low heat
Stir, then cook for 20 minutes, or until holes appear on the rice
When holes appear on the rice, and water disappear, now turn off the heat

Can I make sticky rice with white rice?
How to make Sticky Rice using regular white long grain rice. NO soaking rice for 6 hours and NO steamer. Put 1 cup of rice into a small/medium pot and fill it with water until it reaches a little over the level of the rice.
How do you make rice not sticky and fluffy?
Rinse: Give your rice a quick rinse to remove extra starches, this will help keep it from becoming sticky. Ratio: Use a ratio of 1 cup white rice to 2 cups water. Do Not Stir: When you first add the rice, give it one or two quick stirs and then avoid stirring it. Stirring rice can release starches and make it sticky.
Why is my rice sticky?
When the now starch-coated rice hits the boiling water, the starch blooms and gets sticky. As the water is absorbed, and the rice grains get closer and closer together, they will begin to stick to one anther and form large clumps. The very simple solution is to rinse.
