TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE

Use your Favourite red wine, it will make the difference to the dish.

If your Lamb Shanks are larger than the ones we have used in the video, then you may need to cook them for longer.

Leave the lamb shanks in the slow cooker for an hour after it has turned off, this will allow for the meat to rest and will taste much better.
