This crunchy snack is made mostly during Christmas time. This delicious snack is a favourite among the young as well as the old alike. Care should be taken to see that the mould is not completely dipped in the batter or else the cookies won't come off the mould. Also, the cookies have to be fried on low heat. 1 1/2 cup Maida/APF
1 1/2 cup Rice flour
Salt
1 tsp Black Til/Sesame
1 cup Jaggery
Water as required
Oil for frying
