Achu Murukku | Kerala Achappam | Rose cookies are made using 'achu' which means specially designed iron mould. These are made with rice flour, coconut milk, sugar and eggs. These ingredients are mixed together to form a semi thick batter that is fried on oil. It’s super delicious. Strangely this achu Murukku or Achappam were made during Christmas in Kerala & South India.
Ingredients:

Idiyappam flour ( rice flour)- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Maida- 2 tbsp
Cardamom- 5
Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
Coconut milk- 1 cup
Salt
Oil
