Pedro Almodóvar has given us
Pedro Almodóvar has given us a sexy little Western called "Strange Way of Life," a short film starring Ethan Hawke and Pedro Pascal as lovers reunited after 25 years. The movie is only 31 minutes long but it features all the style and melodrama we've come to expect from the Spanish master. Almodóvar wrote and directed the film, which is playing in theaters in New York and Los Angeles starting Oct. 4 before going wider Oct. 6. You can catch it alongside "The Human Voice," Almodóvar's 2020 short starring Tilda Swinton, which we also discuss here.
