Ingredients:

Flour ~ 270 g
Butter 100 g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Sour cream 150 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 8 g
Salt to taste

For lubrication:
Egg 1 pc

For sprinkling:
Sugar 1-2 tbsp

Bake at 180° ~ 18-20 minutes. Baking time and temperature will vary depending on the oven.
