C1. 1/30 + 2 set challenge
Star crunches 20
DB manmakers 5
Tuck jumps into a squat 20

C2. 3/30
Bear knee taps to jump tuck
1 jackknife  + 1 v-up
DB squat jumps.  Slow down movement.  Squat low and jump high.
Squat w DB OH transfer

C3. 3 sets: Count # in 30 sec.  Add 4. Add 4.  
Burpees + Jack push up
DB reverse flyes

C4.  3 sets
-DB reciprocal rows  -30 sec
-Set-1. Traveling Push ups - 20
Set 2 add 30 Heismans
Set 3 add 20 tuck jumps

C5. 2/30 + 2 set challenge
DB alt snatches 20
Lateral hops over DB 20
Russian twists  20

C6. 1/30 + 2 set challenge
Commandos 10
Sit ups w DB transfer 10
Diamond jumps 20

C7.  3/30
Butterfly sit-ups  
Knee knee ankle ankle
DB alt rev lunges with hammer curl
DB Tricep kickbacks  

C8. 3 sets: Count # in 30 sec.  Add 4. Add 4.  
DB swings
Donkey kicks
