So friends, today we are going to make a very easy and famous recipe for mutton, Mutton Rogan Josh. So let's start making it. Take 50 ml of oil in the pan. Add one spoon of cumin, 4 cloves, one big cardamom, two small cardamoms, one medium spoon asafoetida and half kilo mutton in oil.
Fry the mutton in oil on medium to high flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Now add one spoonful of ginger garlic paste, 4 medium spoons of Kashmiri red chilli powder, half spoon of fennel powder, salt as per taste, one spoonful of garam masala powder and a little water to fry these spices. Mix all the spices well, fry these spices on a slow flame for 15 to 20 minutes. Now I have taken 200 ml of fresh curd here which I have beaten well. And also add 300 ml water to cook the mutton. Mix all this well and cover it and let it cook on a slow flame for 45 to 50 minutes. Remember, the softer the mutton will be, the quicker it will become tender. After cooking for 50 to 60 minutes, add 1 tbsp of mutton masala powder।
and if there is excess water left in it, then we will cook it on high flame and burn it.
