2 green cardamom
2-3 cinnamon stick
2 piece of mace
2 large sized onion
1½ tsp ginger garlic paste
5-6 green chillies paste
1 tsp salt
200grm (1 cup) curd
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 tsp melon seeds (paste)
Julian cut ginger and chopped green chillies
2 cups of water
½ cup oil
